The Kaiser Permanente Thrive San Diego Half Marathon is a scenic loop route along Mission Bay that starts on Ingraham St and finishes at Ski Beach in Mission Bay and features 13.1 miles of fast and flat stretches, bay views and ocean breezes.

COURSE AMENITIES
Bag Check
Gear check will be available. Please safety pin the Gear Check Number (provided on your bib) to your gear. All gear must be picked up prior to the event concluding. Please don’t leave anything valuable in your bag as we cannot take responsibility for any lost items.
Water Stations
There will be 7 water stations on the half marathon route.

Any runners who have not reached Mile 9 by 9:45 AM will be detoured to a shortcut direct to mile 11 to ensure roads reopen on schedule, in accordance with our Special Event road closure permit requirements. This adjustment will shorten the overall course distance by approximately 2 miles for runners who do not make the time cut off.
