Thrive San Diego 5K

The Kaiser Permanente Thrive San Diego 5K is a scenic loop route along Crown Point that starts and finishes at Ski Beach in Mission Bay.

COURSE AMENITIES

Bag Check
Gear check will be available. Please safety pin the Gear Check Number (provided on your bib) to your gear. All gear must be picked up prior to the event concluding. Please don’t leave anything valuable in your bag as we cannot take responsibility for any lost items.

Water Stations
There will be 1 water station on the 5K route.

Strollers
Strollers are allowed on the 5K course only. If pushing a stroller in the 5K, please position yourself in the wave furthest back to ensure safety of all runners and children in strollers.
