Please help us manage traffic and allow for ample parking by carpooling when possible.
We suggest taking the I-5- Grand or Garnett Exit, Head West to Ingraham, Left on Ingraham, Left on Moorland and then enter Crown Point Beach Lot. This is the preferred entrance for anyone arriving after 6:15am.
Please DO NOT arrive from the South for access to these lots. (i.e. Sea World Drive/West Mission Bay Drive Exits.) Please plan on arriving from the North to get into these lots to avoid delays with traffic near our race start line.
Start/Finish Line & Expo Parking
Ski Beach: 1600 Vacation Road, San Diego CA 92109
- Premium Parking is in the Lower Ski Beach Lot
- This lot is reserved for premium/staff/volunteers/VIPs.
- You MUST be parked before 6:15AM.
- You must have a premium parking pass to park in this lot.
- Runners who purchased the pre-paid premium parking must pick up their parking pass prior to the race at packet pick up at Road Runner Sports on November 1st.
- Upper Ski Beach Lot is available on a first-come, first serve basis.
- Participants who park in the Ski Beach Lots will not be able to leave until after the last 5K finisher (Approximately 8:30am)
The main Ski Beach Lots will be open at 5:00 am and have limited spots. Those who would like to park in the Ski Beach Lots will need to arrive no later than 6:15am. These lots will be closed at 6:15am or sooner if full.
Overflow Parking
Crown Point Park: Crown Point Dr, San Diego, CA 92109
All other attendees should plan to park at the Crown Point Park Lots.
- Participants will then walk south from these parking locations to the starting area at Ski Beach.
- Please note: It is about ½ mile walk from this lot to the Start/Finish Area.
We will have a courtesy shuttle to the start line/expo. All shuttles are free from charge.
Relay Participant Parking
Vacation Island, North of Model Yacht Pond: 2800 Ingraham St, San Diego, CA 92109
This lot is reserved for relay participants only.
- Please note: It is about 1/4 mile walk from this lot to the Start/Finish Area.
- Due to road closures, the quickest way back to the venue is from the Relay Transition Zone. Participants will want to head north from the Transition Zone to I-5 and take the Camino Del Rio W exit to Sports Arena Blvd. Continue on Sports Area Blvd onto W Mission Bay Dr. Entering Vacation Isle headed north on Ingraham.
- We cannot guarantee that you will be back in time for your partner to finish due to traffic delays. This is the fastest route with the road closures.
